This policy establishes a process for obtaining input from the providing information to the public concerning agency programs, projects, and program funding in order to ensure the public is informed and has the opportunity to provide the KHCGCC (hereafter referred to as “the Council”) with input so plans can reflect the public’s desires. The Council will review and update this plan every three years. Various federal and state laws and regulations require that an agency, such as the Council, conduct public participation programs to ensure that the public is involved and that community concerns are addressed.
