The Kokomo and Howard County Governmental Coordinating Council (KHCGCC) has developed the first year of the two-year Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) and is seeking public input.  

The public comment period will be open from January 28, 2026, to March 16, 2026. In person meetings will be held:  

Tuesday February 5, 2026, 8am -4pm

Thursday February 12, 2026, 12pm -6pm

Meeting location is 219 E Sycamore, Kokomo IN 46901
